Fellowship is important to who we are as Christians, and as members of Brookhaven Christian Church. Opportunities to meet in social settings allow for the building of relationships, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship that comes from being part of Christ’s church. Getting together for fun is an important element in our faith journey, both as individuals and as the church. Among the opportunities for fellowship at BCC are:
Christian Women's Fellowship
This group is a traditionally and strong fellowship of women that represents the best of who we are as Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). CWF is a layperson driven ministry based in mission and fellowship; giving women of all ages a chance to change the world and effect lives through traditional opportunities.
Dinners for 8
Approximately 6 times a year, “Dinners for 8” bring together small groups of members and friends of BCC in an evening of shared food and fellowship. We meet in individual homes in a relaxed setting and share a pot luck meal, good conversation and good fellowship.
Good Times Fellowship
The Good Times fellowship is a group of "mature" adults who enjoy regular outings together, both in Atlanta, and around the Southeast.
Monthly Sunday Congregational Pot Luck
On the third Sunday of every month, we gather in the fellowship hall immediately following worship for a pot luck fellowship luncheon. Every one brings a dish to share and we take the time to greet each other over a delicious meal.
Girls Night Out
Monthly meeting of the ladies at Brookhaven for dinner and fellowship. Check the BCC Newsletter each month for dates and places. Contact Miki Morgan for details.
